Hand picked figs selected for the glacé figs are chosen at their peak of ripeness. The figs are gently poached in a syrup for 4 hours and dried over 4 days to a perfectly soft texture. Perfect as a cheese accompaniment.
Fig Jam made using our 150 year old recipe from the fruit grown on the orchard.
This is delicious spread on toast or scones with cream!
Ridiculously good combination of flavour which goes with roasted meats, BBQ meat, salads, cheeses and even pizza toppings! delicious and the one I need in my fridge!
Fresh figs, hand selected perfectly ripe fruit that is full flavoured. Sometimes I can taste the best ones up to an hour after eating them !!

A combination of dry figs, glace´ figs, saffron pears, dates, pistachio, almond and walnuts that is Gluten and Preservative free. This will compliment and support any cheese plate as well as mid-day snack and coffee treat.
Dried as if by the hot North wind. NO preservatives, all natural Australian dried fig. This tastes like the fresh fruit only drier !
